I would say that the latest Phantom Planet album was totally one of the most underrated albums of the last year or so.... I had some of the same biases against them for some of their cutsier cheesy pop moments.... but when Mr. Rushmore took off it looks like he took that with him....(which is odd because supposedly the singer decided to quit acting to pursue music at the same time Rushmore guy decided to quit music to pursue acting) .....anyway its a way more rock album .. but not rock in that kinda cheesy obvious way.... its really good.... anyway if you don't beleive me at least check out these three songs and see what you think "The Meantime".."You're Not Welcome Here".. and "Bad Business".... trust me this album was totally overlooked....
