obsidity

I sincerely want to stamp this ticket with the "Screw Off!" stamp,but should i put it on the check? the ticket or the envelope? I have this fear that they will put me on a list to pull my license plate over as much as possible and ticket me to the utmost ... the again, They probably get far worse threats...
