God there were so many frikken people at that show last night.
It's too bad, bcse I really wanted to meet a lot of them but there were just too many.I would sound like romper room if I listed who I saw, "I saw miffy and prom date and antiprincess and 660" etc.... Most of sgsf. I got to meet Neko, Trillian (again and who I blathered to about nothing till I embarrassed myself). Got to hang for a while with Nestor who is really cool and took my idiocy in stride. And I wasn't even drunk. I have no excuse, except girlie overload. I saw a bunch of other Girls, and many who looked familiar but I felt stupid if I asked them who they were after they have gone and gotten naked for a bunch of people on SG and I can't remember their name? Did I even see their set? Anyway, I ended up talking to lucidus and bombshell half the night, safety in familiarity, but now I feel like I should have tried to mingle more. I think I blew a gasket in my throat bcse it was too painful to talk and yell over bands and I think I need to just shut up for a few days.
Except I got the "cold mountain" soundtrack which just begs to be sung along with. I guess, Jack White does some of the songs and is actually in the film. I have never heard the White Stripes but now I am interested...I am sure it's not appalachian, but if he has that kind of range I am curious to hear what else he does. Someone help me out, you got a cd I could borrow?
I want to change my faves to reflect the eveing but I am at a loss as to who to pick.
I woke up at 6 pm. Guess it will be another late night. I gotta do my laundry.
