The Man has Burned, Long Burn the Man!
The beautiful desert. The beautiful crazy dirty silly sexy creative funny lovely people of Black Rock City. The dust. My voice is gone. my body is tan, my mind is filled with memories. I just thank the gods that in the regular worldI live in the city with the most amount of burners so we can give each other the nod as we see ourselves carrying our dust covered crap from our cars, We can meet in supermarkets and chat like old friends, we can support each other in coming back to this world which is really the hardest part. I will tell you some stories if you want, but right now even being on the computer feels alien and insignificant.
I didn't get to see any other sgrs besides L and BigDirtyS briefly which is too bad. In fact I was pretty lazy in many ways, but it is home. It's ok.I don't take it for granted by any means, but I can relax if I want to and, and rage when I want to and chill when I want to.
Now we just need to support each other as we reenter this other place, with all it's rules and regs, its proper modes of behavior and dress, it's idiotic forms of media bombardment and mental complacency. sucky.
And no I didn't get laid. I am stupid and shy. Maybe next year I will get some burnin love.
