sadness today was supposed to be filled with snowboarding goodness, but the temperature was at a high of -3 and walking to take the trash out nearly killed me so no snowboarding for me!

In other news I really loath winter and I really can't wait to find out which graduate certificate program I get into so I can know if I get to move back to SoCal sooner than later...

I'm not staying at the school apartments. I'm getting outside of the school. Mostly cause I have a cat. Any recommendations on a good place to stay? Also good bars/places to eat/shop/etc would rock.

Thanks for the tips!! I might try renting a house. I have my cat and I know I want an office in addition to my bedroom so I can have a place to keep my cat out of my make-up stuff.

I'm glad booze is cheap! I'll probably live as close to the school as I can find. I'm going to go look for a place in April. smile
