Hilton Head is just up the coast from Savannah, GA about 15 miles, less by water. It's right on the GA / SC coast. Very, very pretty - I am pretty damned excited!

Tom Cruise seems to shop at the Wild Oats market near the Promenade on Wilshire pretty often. My friend Jen shops there, too and has kinda gotten to know him from the produce section. I've only heard nice things about that guy, though I haven't met him yet. Almost worked with him on "Interview" in New Orleans years ago but did a Spelling miniseries instead.

On the other hand, all I've heard about the bad Doctor is that he's truly a world-class prick: pompous, arrogant, and mean, only screwing on that obviously transparent smarmy faux smile when the cameras are rolling. How does Middle America not see straight thorough this asshat? I hate him by proxy.

I don't know if I'm a "lover" of Nick (never met him actually, much less slept with 'im) but I do think the "Mercy Seat" performance at the show I saw a year ago was a transendent experience - as was the rest of the show. I missed him in New York, Atlanta, and LA two years earlier so anticipation was high.

I know what you mean. One tragus got really bad one day and my sister insisted I take it out. I finally gave in and her boyfriend tried to do it and it hurt so bad. Then he tried to say "I can't do it with my hand, let me go get my plyers". Fuck that. I told her I'd go to a parlor and get em taken out so they left me alone. But I just couldn't do it... I didn't go through all that pain for nothing. And it got better, so hopefully in another couple months they'll be okay. I have to do laundry tomorrow, I hate laundry.
