Finally after almost 1 week the other party insurance agent was able to talk to one of them and we pick up our rental tomorrow morning; until we buy our new ride that is all up to me this time finally...which means NO STICK shifts allowed and travel capable across the US too. Hooray!
Plus, we're getting all we can with the settlement as well... Military Insurance says they have no care as to how much we want and they work with our lawyers on top of it plus their beyond annoyed with their clients anyway they told us & lawyer...Woo Hoo! All will end up ok after all soon enough...finally a relief in my life after all.

Oh, and after 3 trips to the ER my hubby is doing good again...well no pain that is when all the percocet, flexeril, and Vicodin that is anyway...He's still all gimpy and foot dragging; but like he says...with rehab and therapy and such with all these meds...he should hopefully be back to good with in a year or two.

Hopefully it will be a easy cut & dry no show up case as we all suspect.
Meanwhile I am having a good old "Tori Amos" rock out day to say the least...my happy singing voice tunes...my lil girl loves when I sing with Tori Amos and jump around teh house with her in my arms...lol.

I thank you all for your love & support through my tough times these last few months as well btw.
