Happy BELTANE to me indeed!!! Well even more so to all of you fans & friends that support me honestly!!! lol.
I finally made a album set stand out enough for member review which goes up on May 16th everyone...Yay!!! I have to admit that although I did all of the work in this album myself as my own photographer, model, and designer...it's one of my most creative favorites so far that I've been creating!
Now for the story behind this shoot for all of you that really are wondering...
Well, it happened like this...as many of you friends & fans already know...I am a pagan witch that practices mostly healing arts and yesterday was one of our wonderful and fun Sabbats called "Beltane".
Beltane to better explain it to you in my perspective as a natural pagan witch...is as explained below:
Beltane (April 30th-May 1st) marks the emergence of the young god into his manhood. Stirred by the energies at work in nature, he desires the Goddess. The two combine as one as they fall in love, and happily lie among the grasses & blossoms in pure bliss all around them. The Goddess then becomes impregnated by the God; and then hence is one of the reasons why witches celebrate her fertility in ritual. This particular Sabbat marks the return of passion, hopes, & vitality for us all that allow it.
So with that all mentioned and explained a little more in detail...take this info with regard to to the fact that I was in the midst of an actual "Beltane Ritual" while snapping the shoots on this newest album. So instead of just making a FAKE background or design backdrop...you have the pure uniqueness of just one of my particular ritual photo shoots!!!
Besides that aspect of it...whether you enjoy hot wax, water fun, occult, & etc....I have what your looking for in this new album coming soon on May 16th, 2010!!! Stay tuned in for it and some teases I'm sure coming soon too!
