ok so nobody commented on the last one frown

bum.

but i did my 2nd 10k run today. did it in 44m16 seconds, which made 59th place overall. not bad, but could be improved dammit!!

dude, big respect for the 10k run! I've been trying to run again recently... managed 5k in just under half an hour, so i'm guessing you're pretty good at this biggrin

well, it would appear you can run twice as far as me... and within a much better time than i could tongue

then again, im not exactly the fittest of fiddles...
