ok... 2 things to remember for the future...
1. stop having impulsive sex with girls when using condoms i know for a fact i have of late become allergic to and make me itch like hell for days hence!
2. stop getting ridiculously drunk and trying to kiss girls who you've liked for ages but happen to be the girl of one of your big muscley friends...
ok... those things out the way i should like to make a related point to the first..
the girl whom i didnt actually mention in the first comment got in touch with me finally... woohoo... and we're going out on thursday to actually get to know each other now. yay!
this is a very good thing, believe me.
today i went for a ride and i only fell off once! and i didnt hurt myself too much either
yay again 
mountain bike riding is so fun. everyone should do it... i have spoken 
my bike will be getting so much better in september and i cant wait 
lots of love to all... i think things can be ok with me... i hope!

ouch! poor itchy Jon! the price you pay for impulsive sex...dont worry about the big muscley friends either, they probably only feel the need to become big and muscley and chuck threats around cos they're lacking in other areas...
