Um, yeah, so I know I haven't updated a journal in a long time, so this might be a lengthy one.

Life has been treating me pretty well for the most part. I have been working lots of 6am shifts so that doesn't leave a whole lot of time for me to go out. Bad for the social life, good for the bank account. Not so good for finding a special someone, but good in the fact that I have missed out on lots of drama. Save the drama for your momma....

My brother's birthday was August 11th. I called him at around 6pm to wish him a happy birthday. He was coming into Ohio that weekend and I wasn't gonna be able to kick it with him cause I had to work. So, since I had the next day off, I decided that I was just gonna trek out there and surprise him at the bar he was hanging out at that night. He lives in Pittsburgh and that it took 4 and a half hours to get there. We got to the bar at around 11:30pm, and he didn't know my best friend and I were coming. I am sneaky! He was totally fucking surprised!! It was awesome! The look on his face and how excited he was totally made up for all that driving. It was well worth it. We hung out at the bar for a while, my brother passed out, and my buddy Geoff made out with some scary girl. So that was Pittsburgh. It was neat. I love being spontaneous!

I hope everyone out there in SG land is having a kick ass time with life! I think I am gonna go get some noodles and get my flirt on with the noodle girlie....
