Well, I am truck driver and snapped that as I went by. I go to Findlay every once in a while for a load to or from the Kohl's distribution center there. As to the why, I just remembered having seen this page of yours and you've got "Findlay Sucks" in a couple places so it's hard to miss. Thought it'd be pretty funny.
Can't really comment on the town myself. The longest I spend there is the rare night parked next to the DC or Denny's if I need some sleep.
Moth balls. Yep. That smell brings me back to uniform issue at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. Not the most pleasant smell, granted.
