So the ex girlfriend and I hardly talk anymore, guess that's better for me to get over her. I am a little bummed that she is already seeing someone seriously though. Guess I am just jealous that she has someone and I don't. It's only been 2 months too. GEESH.

Maybe ready to settle down and buy a house. Anyone have any online help sites I can do research on. Any advice for a first time homebuyer for those of you that have houses?
