I found out today that a guy I know died of a Heroin overdose. He wasn't a really close friend or anything like that, merely a pretty good aquaintance. He used to date a pretty good friend of mine.
The fucked up part about the whole thing is I saw him the night that he died. I knew he was pretty fucked up that night, but I just thought he was really drunk (he was coming out of the bar, I was going into the bar). He used to be a cook at the hotel I work at. He is the third former cook that has died this year. I believe all of them might have been drug related.
Fuck Heroin.
