Did you know that you can sleep five people in a king-sized bed? Well you can, evidently. That was the most useful piece of info I gleaned on Wednesday night going out with Andrew and friends for his birthday. It was a fun time, full of drinking, incoherent but amusing conversations (one of my favorites involved a girl walking over and saying "are you talking about my pussy?"--which is a conversation-starter, let me tell you), and a lot of falling down in the snow. Breakfast the next morning at the Roxy was good too--we felt like crap but were oddly giddy.
I love the hung-over morning breakfast with friends. I always have, ever since I was old enough to do such things.
In other news, my land-yacht gets out of dry dock next week! Bought a '78 Cadillac (cheap!) last month and it's been having its tranny rebuilt. Now it just needs some hydraulics and those neon light thingees underneath. Oh, yeah.
