List in no partiuclar order of several things that are helping to make my life a sweet thing indeed:
1) The PDX Burlesque Scene: whenever I see a Cherry Tarts show I always think to myself that I made the right call in moving back here.
2) Forward Motion in Life: Professionaly, emotionaly, I'm moving into new areas, doing new things and it's a hell of a lot better than feeling stagnated, let me tell you.
3) The Ladies. I love you one and all. (You are my favorite, though, baby--don't tell the others!
)
4) The Epoxies--I listened to their album 3 times a day on my recent road trip. My trip companion had an emotional attachment to their music that rubbed off onto me. besides being totally catchy and exciting, some of their songs, like "We're So Small" honestly give me a flutter in my heart.
5) The Steam Room in my Basement. Mmmmmmmm... steamy goodness. (It does wonders for hangovers, by the way.)

When do you leave for Chicago? Will you not be here for the SG PDX holiday party on friday the 19th? That's too bad if not, but I wish you well in Chicago and happy holidays. (It's gonna be freezing there dude)
