I'm in a library at Langlois, OR, with perhaps the slowest internet connection ever. So in brief: after a few difficult days, including a phone outage, I took a rest day in Bandon, OR, and feel lots peppier today. No way I'm riding all the way to SF by next Friday. I'll probably call it quits somewhere south of Arcata, CA, and take the bus from there. More later when I find a real internet connection.
