The play I was in last fall was nominated for Jeff Awards for Best Ensemble and Best Production! (Jeffs are the Chicago theater awards by the way, for the 99% of you who don't know this.)
And it makes me feel good! Yes it does.
You know what else makes me feel good? The fact that I'm done moving to my new apartment. I did it all by myself in the rain on Saturday night. Yeesh, my swiftly-approaching-middle-age knees sure did feel the effect of all those stairs the next day. Regardless, it's done, I've doubled my living space and will soon be ready to host all manner of silliness and debauchery.
