i like snow, and i like rain. i just don't like one to follow the other. it leads to icy roads, and stupid people in the ditchs, and then even dumber people in the ditchs because they gawked at the stupid people. these people are the reason it has taken me 1 hr 40 min and 1 hr 20 min, the last two mornings to get into work. SLOW DOWN PEOPLE, and hang up the damn phone.
on to other issues. it looks like a 3rd trip home (my folks house in columbus) in 2 weeks will be avoided. my grandfather, who has advanced COPD, has had his health decline this last year, but he is getting out of the hospital tomorrow. it really sucks to think that when i leave the folks, and say goodbye to everyone, i might be saying 'the Good-bye" to him. fucken sucks!
if any of you would like to see what 40 years of smoking does to you at 77 yrs old, come visit with my grandfather and me. and he hasn't smoked in 27 yrs, this i know for a fact.
now, i am going to sit here at work, and look at the snow and ice fall. and play cards, and surf the net for porn. i am not in the mind frame to work.
