Well, it looks like this new restaurant, Boho, will be off the ground shortly. Construction is 99% done, the kitchen outfitting is 99% done, and we should be cooking by the weekend, testing recipes and the like to get ready for the opening, which will hopefully be in a couple weeks or so.

I just got an email saying Someone Who Must Not Be Named reactivated me ... at first I imagined it was a secret admirer, but I reckon it's more likely a "come back to SG, and maybe later you'll want to pay for it" kind of thing...

I finished school in Chicago and went out to San Francisco for my MFA. Right now I'm back home in Ohio plotting out the next year or so, and working on a few writing projects. I'm thinking of going abroad for awhile myself -- and after that I've got my eyeballs on LA. You like it there?
