2 days off in a row! We got some work done around the house, clearing out storage space and the spare room. That allowed me to get a bunch of H's old junk out of my room, which in turn let me organize my room a little better.
I think we're going to have a garage sale soon. We both have tons of stuff that we don't have any real use for anymore.
In other news, H is plotting a way to open a restaurant/pub in Berlin, so he can be near his daughter. I told him I was in. It'll probably be a couple years from now, though. Also, the company that owns the hotel I work in, is opening a new hotel in Snowmass, CO. They broke ground a couple weeks ago, it should be open around the end of 2009. I was thinking about moving to the Colorado mountains already, so I was kind of excited when I heard that news.
Either way, I guess I've got about 2 years left in L.A. before moving on to the next thing.
And it'll be time to go by then, I think. I haven't lived this long in one place since I left Texas.

Basically, SG put up a set of a girl wearing a Nazi Death Head pendant and dressed up like a little girl being drugged and waking up 2 hours later with her panties around her ankles. The Internet then proceeded to go FUCKING APESHIT until SG took down the set and made a crappy, half-arsed apology which still didn't account for the fact that they'd approved a LOLITA RAPE SET for God's sakes. This proved to be the final straw for a lot of people who were already quite dissatisfied with the site and now a whole load of people are leaving. It's all gone a bit Pete Tong.
