Finally...
Finally, we filled the last spot for employees in the kitchen. We officially offered a job yesterday to someone to fill the last of 4 holes we had. To put that into perspective, there were 5 of us working and we were 4 people short. Ouch. We've slowly filled those holes, and now, assuming this guy can pass a drug test, we are fully staffed at 9 people! It's going to feel like a real kitchen soon.
And most importantly, I won't have to feel guilty about taking a day off from time to time. Hell, not only that, I'll have time to catch up on all the paperwork I've neglected (not that that sounds like super fun, but it's got to get done).
I might even get to leave town on a little vacation again some day! I'm shooting for Spain in the Fall.
Oh, and then there's the Sunday barbecues I've been scheming over....

Thanks for your concern mate. I haven't had anything since then & as all the major tests were done there (I hope - cos I felt like a pincushion) I'll just wait for the follow up & hope it it doesn't happen again. There isn't a history of heart trouble in my family which is a definite 'plus'.
Spain sounds good.
