Looks like I'm moving east, away from the beach, to Los Feliz. My friend has a big house, and he is but one person. Together we are at least two people. And a big nice house is way cooler than a little apartment, especially if it's the same amount of people living there, even if it is far from the beach. Also, it's closer to work.
