you are such a travel guy. dallas today, chicago tomorrow, san fran next week. that is rad. i decided i wanted to move about two days ago, and i am finalizing on friday. the only variable is approval of my wacko kitten. she may be crazy, but she sure is a cutie. the rent is higher than my place, but it has a huge bathroom--with a footed tub--wood floors, lots of light, a few cute antique furnishings and the best part: all bills paid. i love all bills paid. i am too scatterbrained for anything else, and the heat costs up here are outrageous. i can't wait to show it to people. it is absolutely breathtaking! a gorgeous garden/backyard (perfect for springtime cookouts) and a short walk to chinatown, pilsen, michigan avenue......

i am gonna find out for sure on friday--i have a good feeling--all arts association people living there, and the landlord was really into the fact that i work for the art institute of freakin chicago.........anyway, if i move it will be the 15 and 16th and i will have a party on the 22nd to get rid of my stuff and then drop off the remains at a donation station......then i go to europe!!!

i had to go to the gallery last night--a couple of photos fell and i had to re-hang--and when i got there, i noticed that someone had drawn a hitler mustache on my picture!! isn't that fucking awesome!! people hate me, but you know what, they are gonna remember me a lot longer than some dumbass with no spine. suckers.
i got a little thrill out of it.
the best part is that there is a film opening soon, Max, that is about what a gifted artist hitler was....you know before all that other shit....

Sorry I missed it. We had to play at Spider Babies on sat. night. Looks like we are doing a midwest tour instead of a west coast tour in April and we'll be doing the 'Blackout' there in Chi town, so maybe we'll see you then, meanwhile, hope you are getting settled in good.
