hmmm, my advice to you would be: if you feel played around with, or like she's stringing you along, confront her about it. and give her the boot. relationships, no matter how serious/not-so-serious, need to be based on honesty and respect. if she's not being honest to you about what she wants or the level of involvment you should expect from her (purposely not telling you what she wants, or being flippant or vague about it counts as dishonesty, to me) then i would chalk it up as a loss and move on. life is too short to waste on mind games.
