Tue. night we went to RHPS at Tulane which was fun.
Wed. night we went to a solo Johnette Napolitano show, ate at Angeli's, and wandered down Frenchman for a bit. Derrick dressed up cute. I had several extra inches on my waist so I had to change costume plans, but that meant that my floor length vinyl dress fit again. I wore that with my vinyl waist cincher, and my witch hat and cape. It will be the last time though because the dress has started to peel, really, really badly.
We carved pumpkins and to baked the seeds.
lordkalkin had an awful headache by the end of the night but he took great pity on me and let me pounce him anyway.
Derrick left me his computer chair, so I have something decent to sit on for a while. We still have to replace the bed frame, the crack grows ever more precarious.
Grad applications are nigh, I've got to send emails and start writing in the next few weeks. I've just about got enough slides though.
