I had a rather interesting meditation session at the end of which I merged with a hurricane cloud formation.
I haven't really gotten back to it regularly but I have started experimenting with a Daoist form of energy work that only uses three points instead of the seven chakra, so it's much faster to get into. It alot different in other ways too. It's a good way to work on balance and lordkalkin says it's really good for working on God forms.
I've found it tends to put watery images in my head where the kundalini exercises always invoke firey ones.
I've just started reading Valis and I'm really liking it.
I do not recommend the "His Dark Materials" trilogy. Although I probably will eventually watch the movie if it doesn't die in post-production or anything.
The last Exalted game was fun, the GM is throwing in a villain geared more towards me since I've been on the sidelines a bit.
I finished that painting of Ed and his light saber, and I'm well into another flood piece. I need to make a paint run b/c I'm out of gloss medium and low on several other things.
There is a faculty to-do to go to tomorrow. Which is good b/c I'm very restless.
New Orleans is even less full of things to do than before we left, b/c now out middle of the night eating spots are mostly gone. I need some contact with the world outside of the apartment.
