It's still hotter than hell out, I feel like I'm boiling in my own skin. Today was productive though, returned books to the library, picked up some stuff on sale at the CVS, got my hair cut, found out that I can return my Vicky's catalog bought bra to the store for an exchange (shh, it's only cause the manager likes me), made sort-of Father's Day plans with my mom, played my game.

Now I'm STARVING and the 8.99 pepperoni pizza from Donatos is sounding like a great plan. We had Arby's last night.

So, I'm really not sure what to do about the Woody' Plants Conference in July. It's the same Friday as the camping trip, and while my employer has paid for it, payed me for working the past two years, this year, he's managed to use up the budget, which means, I have to go on my own time/money. Normally I would. It is an investment in my career. I've done it on my own before. But the dilemma this year is that I'm spending money /have spent money on the wedding that I'm in in the beginning of July. So, I don't really have the registration money right now. Hell, I've been doing our grocery shopping in the 10 for $10 aisle at the Acme!

And if I don't register by tomorrow, the fee goes up $10.

Besides the money, if I don't go to the conference, we can get to the camping trip at a decent hour and actually hang out a little instead of being tired and wanting to go to bed.

So, I'm going to surprise Tailin by ordering a pizza (he thinks we're having water ice for dinner, that's how hot things are), and we're going to stuff ourselves and fall asleep full of pepperonis!
