So... it's been a while since I actually wrote in a journal entry.
Eh.
Well there's nothing new. I haven't gained or lost anything important... or anything at all for that matter.
Other than the fact I may very well be lucky enough to approach the idea of possibly deciding to go ahead and find, then purchase ozzfest tickets.
The chances are... very bleak. But, we can over look that.
Uh... hmm..... oh yeh.
I'm getting a new kitten.
My parent's cat had kittens this past thursday, and I've decided to take and raise the only black one of the litter in spirit of my beloved black cat Xen who died this past september in his ninth year.
I raised Xen from his hour of birth. His mother, also a black cat, brought him to my doorstep because something had gotten the rest of her litter, and I believe it was her last attempt to save him. She died later that year.
I miss him every single day, and I know I will for the rest of my life.
Ick... what a fucking sob story. I apologize.
Anyways, I'm taking the kitten before it's fully dependant and continuing the mothering on my own. I seem to have a knack for raising baby things. Which scares me beyond all comprehension.
P.s. I'm finally getting a pet Crow this spring. Which I will also have to raise, because you have to take the offspring before it starts to feather in order to efficiently keep it as a pet.
I think we all know where I found the inspiration for that.
.
Enough ramblings for today, mortals.
