alrighty, time for a true update since i've finally got time and a new computer. Turns out a lot doesn't happen in a year when you have a steady job that leaves little time for anything else. So lets see, what has happened since i last was here. I have a new job and a new car. I now work for the local beer distributor out of des moines. Some people say a job like this is a bad idea for a person who likes to drink like i do, but it turns out that now that i have a job that makes me bust my ass, i'm too tired to go out drinking as much or as hard as i used to. Secondly, i got a new car, its a 2007 silver chevy cobalt. Not my first choice, i really wanted a toyota tacoma, but the payments on the cobalt are much cheaper. Still no girlfriend, but then again i don't really spend the effort needed to find one. I'm just concentrating on surviving the grind of daily life and i'm an idiot when it comes to girls. A girl would have to pretty much come up to me and start making out with me before I would figure out that she likes me. Oh well, i guess i don't really care. Right now i'm just looking forward to my first "vacation" from work. I'm going to San Antonio for thanksgiving and staying a week. I haven't seen my aunt and uncle in probably ten years. I'm just excited to experience San Antonio as a person of legal drinking age. Now if only i can find something (or someone) fun to do while there. well thats all for now...
