I'm generally nervous when I meet anyone new, especially if they're somehow related to a significant other or close friend. I'm getting better about it, but it's still a highly stressful event whenever it comes up.
I also totally know what you mean about getting more mods. I've got plans for a new tattoo or two, but no money to pay for them and no one to draw them. Anyway, waiting really does suck!

I really want a dog right now but I know I'm not home enough to take care of one. Plus I'm moving back on campus next semester and there'll be no way. Maybe after I graduate next year... I really miss having a pet, and I've never had one that was all my own except fish. They don't seem to count 'cause you can't snuggle 'em.
And, ugh - I totally feel you on the annoying persistent guy thing. It sucks, but you might have to just be straight-up harsh with him. You can't worry about hurting his feelings or you'll be stuck dealing with him for a long time... Guys like that can never seem to take a subtle hint.
