Not too much going on lately. Just slogging through what's left of the semester. Still trying to figure out what to do for a job tomorrow. And I just remembered I have a take-home test due tomorrow that I haven't even looked at. Bah.
Tuesday was the release party for the literary magazine. It was great, went smoothly. Our musician was late, but other than that it was a great success. We had a much larger turnout than we expected. I was seriously about to have a heart attack when I read, though. I got so bloody nervous.
Everyone complimented the layout which I was thrilled about. Honestly, it turned out way better than even I expected. My roommate looked at it and suggested I keep a copy to show potential employers. She thought having designed it would give me major points for any job requiring computers, layout, design, all that stuff. Which is awesome.
I'm currently obsessed with the song B.Y.O.B by System of a Down. I can't stop listening. It's just so damn catchy!
