So aside from not having any money, this no job thing is actually turning out really well. So far I've started getting my room into shape for my impending flight from the nest. I've thrown out a bunch of trash and given a lot of my old toys and other decent equipment to charity. I kept a lot of things that are really important or nostalgic, but I've purged a LOT of stuff.

And I'm almost done with all the preparations for the holidays. Aside from the decorating, I've got everything down. I've picked out menu things for my dad's birthday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. I'm excited! I love the holidays

I think I might be getting a digital camera, too. My parents asked what I wanted and that was the only thing I could think of. So that would be really awesome! I know they spent many hours at Best Buy one day...and since my brother is getting a leather jacket and car accessories, I'm pretty sure it wasn't for him. You guys will get about a million pictures of the kitten if I get a digital camera, lol.

And my friend Nell is coming in two days! I can't wait. I haven't seen her since February (when I went to Denmark.) Yay!


*Edit*: Oh my god, I just found so many funny things from my past. I found my middle school diary (full of all the boys I liked and how I tried to get them to like me) and a note from the boyfriend I had between 8th and 9th grade. It says I love you all over it. We only dated for three weeks Hah, the past is so funny.
