I found a place to live next year. It's with two girls named Minda and Amanda. Minda was in one of my classes last year, she's really cool. I didn't meet Amanda, she was sleeping when I went to see the house. Yes, that's right. A house. My house! 3112 Lindon Ave. That's me, baby. I've got a back yard, a rope swing, a mail box, a driveway...all the comforts of home! It's a small house but certainly not small for three people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. A good sized kitchen and living area. It was kinda messy, but that's good cuz I'm kinda messy. I'll probably tackle cleaning some stuff when I get there though. Minda has a cat, Smoke. Apparently her cat is friendly with other cats so I'm considering getting a cat of my own at the end of the summer. I'm excited! I get to paint my room, too, something I would have never been able to do in an apartment. I'll probably go with dark blue since...everything else I own is also dark blue. Rent is only $300 a month plus utilities, which are about $125 per month (but that's divided by three.) So yeah. Woohoo! I'm wicked excited.

Having a new home also means that I can move my stuff from my apartment directly to the house. So no spending money on storage or trying to pack it all home. I can leave my desk there, my bed, my bookshelf...all my winter clothes. It'll be grrrrreat!

Anyway, I need to check out. I'm EXHAUSTED from all the shit that's been going on this week. My brother came to visit Monday through this morning and I was trying to balance work, school, and entertaining him. It was fun though. I wish I had him with me all the time. I don't know how I'm ever going to grow up; I'll never be able to live without my brother near by. Okay, seriously. Peace.
