Almost a year ago, I got some new clothes for Fathers day, from my wife and kids. At the time my old summer shorts were too tight, as I'd let myself "go". Last fall I hit a MAJOR depression, and was close to taking my own life. Since then, I've sought treatment, and have begun to let myself heal.
In the process I've also been taking better care of myself. I'm happy to say that since October I've lost almost 30 pounds, and am down from size 40 shorts to size 34 +, can't quite get into the 34's but am to skinny for size 36's.
My hope is that I will get under 200 Lbs for the first time in almost 5 years in the next few weeks.
