Damn it has been a long time since I have posted anything in this journal! That's probably because I have been working my ass off and that is all.
hmmmmm... let me think of at least SOMETHING to say.... ever since ofthedead told me about Walking Dead, I have been reading that. Then I heard that Joss Whedon is writing an X-Men title called "Astonishing X-Men" and let me tell you, it is absolutely amazing. Also, another GREAT X-Men comic out now is "District X", a definate must read. On both of those titles, they are only to the first 3 or 4 issues so now is a good time to jump on the boat...
Also I just went out on a date. Spent $80 on dinner and a show. and...... Nothin... I mean straight up rejected... used the whole "just friends" line on me... in the words of Ben Folds, "Gimme my money back you bitch..." So I shaved my head after I got home from this busted "date".
Am I wrong in being pissed (and at the same time depressed) that this happened to me tonight? I mean fuck.... $80 just to get that line handed to me.

Awwww. that sucks. I guess my advice would be not to put up the bucks until after it's in the bag (or moving in the direction) so to speak. As bob says: don't put your eggs in one basket and don't blow your wad on a first (or second) date. There's one rule: if she likes you she likes you and if she don't, you can't convince her. no one's fault. everyone probably feels awkward in the end. find another cute girl. you'll have no problem. once you grow your hair back. hee hee hee (just kidding)
