Anyone who came out last night didn't miss anything. Gotham Citi has quarantined all the smokers in the venue to ONE TINY LITTLE HALLWAY with no air circulation, that was horribly crowded for the majority of the evening. For about a half hour (after attempting to smoke a cigarette and failing) I couldn't breathe for about a half hour and had to resort to going outside to hyperventillate by myself because breathing actually *hurt* after being in the damned hallway. Not happy about this. Very kindly, Ed and Trunkbitch were both hangin with me for a lil while to make sure I was ok.
Aside from that, the music was horribly unimpressive all night, and was mainly comprised of top 40 goth/industrial club crap from 5+ years ago.
And on top of all of this, if I have to deal with any more blatant disrespect from people be it to my face or behind my back, it's going to start being dealt with very very accordingly.
So yeah...overall shitty night, though I finally met Todd Peirce, which was a great pleasure until I realized that he had no interest whatsoever in anything I had to say.(he's the guy that started the BOUND franchise. so inadvertendly, I kinda work for him.)
AND....Phred's bandmate bought me a ticket to see Method Man at the Webster on Saturday. I'm so psyched!!!
Now that that's been said, I'm spinning my usual evil blend of industrial and rythmic powernoise at Purgatory (@ Capo's 108 Cottage St. Easthampton, MA) tonight...and I finally get to meet paleenchantress]. YAY!!!!!!
As far as I know, this is an all ages event and doesn't serve alcohol. Very interesting, indeed. I'm really looking forward to it, and I've got some new tunes to bust out. Excited, I am. 
And FYI, the night is run by gothicnomad and DJ Twitch. So it's gonna rock.
Anywho, I'm off to finish organizing sets for tonight. Hope everyone is well.

Yeah, the lack of quality tunes was something regularly mentioned at The Table. We'd cock our head and bemoan whatever the next selection was.
