Want to know something else that pisses me off? People who advocate anarchy.Usually, they're scrawny or overweight students who wear the same Che Guevara shirts for 6 days running and refuse to practice basic hygiene. That or that have that stupid "Communism: It's a Party!" shirt, and they alternate day after day. Don't get me wrong, I believe that every person is entitled to an opinion, and I fully support free speech. It's when opinions are based solely on how the person can make themselves appear to deviate from mainstream society is when I take issue. It is just nonsensical that they should sit there and promote a complete absence of government when they've probably never really sat and thought about what that means.

If government were to disappear, another would form itself. That's how people are. You have a warlord that takes over a town, and begins to expand; that's government, albeit a totalitarian one. So you band together to make a slapdash army to overthrow the government. Guess what! You just made a militarist government. You made people band together under a higher banner, so you can destroy another higher banner. And when you get the power, you don't want it to go away. So you keep a reserve force in case something happens, to keep the peace. That's called a police force, the very thing you claim to hate.
I don't understand why people have such huge issues with governments and their departments. I understand that there may be issue with policies, spending, whatever. Stop bitching and get out there and vote. You have power, you have control. You just have to spread your message and use your power. Maybe not this year, but the next. They said Obama would never be elected. Tada! Look who's in office. You just have to get out there and do it, especially since you have the internet, making your message accessible to billions of people worldwide.
