Just got back from Japan...
Mix of feelings here, I feel again like I have no one to relate to... yet again...
strange loneliness feeling. I also have jet lag from the time differential, and a crap load of tea that I'm slowly pumping through my veins. I'm also slightly feeling let down after a vacation that was a huge let down. At the same time I'm happy with all my purchases in akihabara, the 1 of two days of my trip that were how the rest of the trip "should" have been.
How much you want a bet my roomate is still gonna be pissed at me and rub it in that I went to Japan, and say something like "well I'd like to have sympathy for you that your trip sucked, but you got to go to japan" or some other insensitive shit like that. 4 grand so I could get sick, pushed around, treated like shit, and let down.
I so want my money back for 12 of those 14 days, maybe spend it on a nice place like England. But it was an experience, one that I will never do again.
I think if I ever go back I'm going to spend all 14 days in akihabara with the geeks, screw the rest of japan.
