I find myself the center of a territorial pissing match when all I'm trying to do is solve problems. I don't get how people can scream till they're hoarse about how someone is acting out of his mandate while not mentioning that if he didn't nothing would get done. I don't care about titles or org charts or job descriptions. I wish the rest of the world didn't either.
