Monthly bills paid. Errands run. Work caught up. Dishes all cleaned. Library books and movies returned. Laundry all done. Weekly intense scrubbing and grooming accomplished. Pantry and sundries restocked. Apartment spotless and organized. Tasks for tomorrow planned, annotated, and laid out. Fabulous dinner of broiled salt and pepper pork loin, butter-herb Yukon gold potatoes, caesar salad, and beaujolais consumed. Ghirardelli chocolate and bottled water to snack on. Snatch in the DVD player. The Confusion on the night stand. A full day to myself.

I find happiness in little things, apparently.
