Best moment of last night: PunkJr was talking shit about picking SupremePizzaMan up, doing something relatively homoerotic with him, and then throwing him somewhere--possibly in a dumpster (DayQuil has blurred the details). Typically, I asserted that there was no way PunkJr could pick the SupremePizzaMan up. Not only is the SupremePizzaMan hefty, but he's a live, non-rigid load. Feeling confident, I put five dollars on it.

Amazingly, SupremePizzaMan started to stand up to become the catspaw in my twisted little game. MisterSatan tried to tell him that he didn't have to play along, but things were already too far in motion. SupremePizzaMan started taking things out of his sweatshirt so as to not get them permanently embedded in his stomach. Everyone else seeing that there was stupidity afoot went hightailing it for other parts of the bar.

PunkJr made a first, half-prepared attempt and got nowhere. I felt confident. Then he squatted down, got a good handhold, and heaved. I didn't think the SupremePizzaMan would leave the ground. Then slowly, inexorably, his heels left the floor.

I ponied up the five dollars, and we all agreed that had been "fucking rad".

The other highlight of my night was getting a Jack and Coke with a soda straw instead of two little sippy straws. That too was "fucking rad".

Less rad was hearing about my fucking shaving dilemma over and over.

Kara was drunkenstein like crazy. She required a hug as I was leaving, so bent down and squatted a little over a foot and a half to give her one. Then, she asked if my head still hurt, did this cute little "you really should go" face when I said yes, and hugged me again. I'm always so careful with her, because she's the only person that makes me feel like a big, graceless ox for being this size (it's nothing she says; rather she's just so small and delicate that it underscores that I'm...well...not). There's just something so cute about her, though; I just love her. Someone once said that she's so cute that "you just want to put her in your pocket and go explore the city." That about sums it up.

There were also some new people out. I don't know if we'll ever see them again. It's hard to break in with us. We're loud, uncouth, and already set in our ways. If you don't just throw yourself in there and make us notice you, you'll never get anywhere.

Lastly, it was PyroeroticA's last karaoke for the time being. I'm inordinately sad about this. At least she had fun.
