What more can you say about a birthday that starts with breakfast at the most famous sushi bar in the world, dips into some high-end shopping, dives through an underground favorite tonkatsu restaurant, and ends up with me wearing Burberry clothes and Tod's driving shoes at a window seat on the 52nd floor of one of Tokyo's finest restaurants while sipping Dom Perignon and smoking a Cuban cigar?
