You look great! I've been ramping up the healthy lifestyle myself. I'm having no problems going to the gym 4-5 days a week but I still can't seem to figure out how to eat 3 meals per day. I just don't get hungry till the evening, and then I wanna eat a thanksgiving meal!

Wow, congrats on the weightloss. You look great and very comfortable and fun in front of the camera. Looking forward to seeing your sets. And I totally agree with Satya. Swimming is where it's at when you have joint and muscle issues. Whole freaking body workout and weighted is even better.

Yeah, I am loving it so much. I plan on going straight to the next book in the series. Usually I try to read something else between books in a series so I don't get burnt out but this so good I can't wait.
