So I'm starting a new diet and hopefully it goes well. By the way, it's not that I think I'm fat, I just need to loose some of the chub and get fit and healthy because I totally feel unhealthy right now.
So I am starting to use apple cider vinegar (ACV) that I read in the weight loss forum---> ACV forum
I started taking it yesterday (I should have gotten the pill) I bought the liquid form from the store. Truthfully it tastes like shit
and I would recommend the pills or highly diluting it with water. It also really bothered my stomach, but I figured I will try it out for a couple weeks and if it is still bothering my stomach I will stop.
I am also trying to have oatmeal every morning. My mom does this for her cholesterol and I know high cholesterol runs in my family so I decided to start early
Other than that I am trying to do lots of stretching and yoga in my free time (when I have free time :whatever
