What a way to kick in the new year, my parental unit bought a house in the city! We will be paying them rent and renting out the basement to pay the mortgage, and eventually we will buy it off them. It's a very lovely location, and has a nice back yard. It needs lots of work but nothing structurally, My dad built a house before and renovated 2 other houses already so that's all cool. This semester at school we are doing sign language which is pretty rad, but I need to practice more. Practice, Practice Practice!
