My apartment is a mess. This is for certain.
We came back on saturday morning and went to the fringe and figured out some plays we wanted to see. We were so exhausted, came back home and I passed out at 9pm(in all fairness midnight nova scotia time) Yesterday, we saw three plays. For the Love of a Zombie, The Art of Being a Bastard, and I forgot the title of the third one but it was a one man act and he did this interesting kind of performance poetry. It worked quite well actually, it was something I had never seen before and intrigued me greatly.
So in nova scotia,
-Saw my best friend
-boyfriend met her too
-went to home town
-boyfriend got to bike
-best part of his vacation he got to ride the riding mower
-went to one of my uncles 65th b-day party, b/f met one side of family
-went to annapolis royal
-Saw Port Royal
-saw lots of little art galleries
-had awesome cheap ice cream
-took my aunts dog when we went on rides. Man that dog loves to take a ride in the car. She got through foil and saran wrap to two pieces of delicious greasy donair pizza.
-bought books for dirt cheap
-saw some fireworks that were pretty impressive for small town
-b/f went on boat ride on local boat parade (I don't do boats I get bad motion sickness)
-went to Yarmouth, kind of depressing so many things are closed down
-had a few sing a longs in a the kitchen
-went to White Point Beach, think Dirty Dancing camp resort, but more east coast and ocean view and Bunnies!
-Visited Lunenburg, very picturesque
-Mahone Bay, people with lots of money live there, so very nice it's no wonder why
-read one book
-hung out at my my old neighbour's place
-met two of my little cousins I hadn't met yet, boy they were cute!
-Saw a 3 month old baby. my neighbour i had when I was growing up is a mom. WEIRD
-did a lot of visiting
-there was lobster twice in my vacation, I doN,t eat lobster but the boyfriend was pumped
-saw the Buskers(one of the biggest street performers festival in the world) in halifax, our last night there in NS
-Had a pint or two
-got hissed by the cat
Good times were had by many
