so today was a bit off. I'm not really used to dealing with moral dilemmas unless they are produced by my own doings...and that hasn't been since September when I slept with an engaged guy(and I knew he was)...oooups. Oh well. Anyway, today wasn't a big deal. It just put me in a position that I really don't care to be in. I like to leave my dramatics to the stage and to figures of speech.
Yesterday I had the most frustrating quiz of my life! The teacher had the wrong copy of our quiz so she put it up on over head...so you had to wait until Everyone was done, and then people would be like WAIT or go back. And then if someone missed one. 45 minutes!!! for something that usually takes 15! RIDICULOUS!
The other day at work I posted a note at work saying Sylvie would be perfectly happy if she NEVER had to work a Sunday for the rest of her life...and in smaller letters it said Unless she really has to, which is okay too. When I was at work the next day one of the managers got really pissy at me, and was all like "why did you write that?!" I simply answered well because it's true. Today, some other managers mentioned it kinda randomly and I was was, Look, I wasn't insulting anyone personally and if someone had a problem with it that's their own doing....but really they didn't think it was a big deal either. However, that being said I AM closing next Sunday but I do have an entire Saturday off....which is perfectly FINE. I like saturdays off too! I don't go out of my way to make trouble at this place but the need to give my 5 cents is always strong...but it would be anywhere...it's kinda ingrained in my DNA. There's no one in my family who is really passive. Maybe passive aggressive sometimes, but never shy to state the obvious.

well, if you are good at stating what you want, you probably never get taken advantage of, which is rad. i wish i stood up for myself more.
