So I am full on chubby! 
I totally demolished my main bathroom today, nothing left but floor, plumbing, and wires sticking out between the studs.
It is amazing what termites and a little bit of water can do!!! Absolutely AMAZING!
But I saved $450 on the job for doing the Demo/dump run and the utility Isolations. I just had to keep myself from kicking through the outside wall, because I could have! All I have to say 'bout that is Damn the Ex! I have so much to rebuild to get this place back up to code....
As soon as it is, Poof! This place is gone, I sell it to get out and quit my Bitch ass Job and go back to school and into business with the Bulls Eye Crew!!!
Anyone need a cheap house near the airport?
