In other news....It's official and I've got my ticket to
Symbiosis
So excited! It'll be my sister's 25th birthday that weekend, and a few of my friends are performing and helping set up the festival. I'm looking forward to camping and swimming ( I haven't went swimming yet this summer, what!?) and enjoying the epic venue they have this year, and dancing until sunrise with my buddies! Some of my friends I haven't seen for over a year, so it's going to be a pretty big deal! I hope my man comes too, at least for one night...we need a good weekend away! I'm sure I'll take tons of photos with my phone to share with you guys.
Speaking of photos, I just bought a new lens for my Nikon, a 50mm lens! Stoked to play with it when it arrives! I wanted to have a better lens for the upcoming shootfest next month. Plus it will help give my self photography a boost. I haven't been liking what I shoot lately, what I want the camera to do it's just not gonna happen with the lens it has right now. I shot 2 sets this past week....but I don't like them enough to submit to SG. There just wasn't enough photos to make a full set of over 45 photos. It's so difficult to shoot yourself! Dammit!
